If you’re struggling with health issues, and you can’t find answers, I get understand. At the peak of my illness, I was willing to try anything to get better and improve my life. This lead me on a journey where I discovered Alternative Healing and that our symptoms are related to more than just our physical bodies. Many of the physical symptoms we experience are the body’s way of letting us know we need to address or resolve something internal. This could be emotional issues or stress, being out of alignment with our self and our purpose or that we are disconnected from Spirit.
Most disease, chronic illness, autoimmune and other symptoms are related to Lifestyle & Environment. You are not destined to be sick just because people in your family were/are. Yes, you may be predisposed to specific health issues genetically, but it’s your Lifestyle that turns on those “bad genes” and your body has the ability to turn them off.
Lifestyle includes our emotional wellbeing, our connection to Higher Power, relationships, career, physical health habits, self care, internal thoughts, conditioning and so much more!
The body has the ability to self heal, under the correct conditions, and in this episode we’ll cover some of the things that cause us to stay sick.
