My Story
I believe lasting wellbeing begins with understanding yourself.
Too often, we treat physical symptoms, emotional overwhelm, or chronic stress as isolated problems when they’re actually signals that something deeper is asking for our attention. I help women understand what their body, nervous system, and life patterns are communicating so they can live in alignment with their natural design and make choices that support lasting wellbeing.
My own journey into this work began after my health unexpectedly unraveled. What started as a series of seemingly unrelated symptoms eventually progressed into severe illness, autoimmune conditions, and depression. Looking back, I realized my body had been carrying the cumulative effects of years of chronic stress, unresolved grief following the loss of my brother, the emotional impact of divorce, and toxic environmental exposure from my work uniform. My body wasn’t failing—it was overwhelmed and trying to get my attention.
As I searched for answers, I began to understand that healing required more than addressing symptoms alone. It meant learning to listen to my body, support my nervous system, reduce toxic burden, and reconnect with how I was naturally designed to live. That journey led me to study Human Design, nervous system regulation, whole-person wellness, and Epigenetic Hair Analysis—not as separate solutions, but as complementary tools that helped me understand the bigger picture.
Today, I help women do the same. My work blends Human Design, lifestyle coaching, nervous system support, and, when appropriate, Epigenetic Hair Analysis to uncover the patterns contributing to imbalance and create practical, personalized strategies that support emotional, physical, and spiritual wellbeing.
As the founder of Women, Wellness & WooWoo and host of The Aligned Lifestylist Podcast, my mission is to help women better understand themselves, trust what their bodies are communicating, and create a lifestyle that supports long-term health, resilience, and alignment.
